How can i use my credits?
Use your credits is easy just do this:
1. Login into your account 2. In your main screen click on "Allocate Credits" 3. Set the "Amount" of credits you want to assign to each of your url's 4. Click "Add" Please note that only active url's can use credits to receive visits, you can see if your url's are activated in your main screen. |

My account still seems to be "inactive" How do I fix this?
We check every new url by hand so please be patient, this process takes about 24 hours, most times much less, when your url becomes active, you can allocate credits to start with surf.
Note: It's not needed to surf to get visits or your url activated! When you register in abetop Autoclick! you get 1100 free credits + unlimited urls to promote, of course you can get more credits by surfing but it is not a condition! |

How can I add my website to my account?
Process it's very easy,
1. Just login into your account 2. Press "Add URL" link 3. In the new page just place your url address and press "Add" 4. If it's all ok, a confirmation text will appear like this: "You have successfully added a site:..." 5. Now press "My Account" and your url should appear ready to receive credits. 6. Next you need to [Allocate Credits] to receive visits. |

I have several url's that have credits against them but are showing as inactive. Why is this?
There are two possibilities:
First -> This or these URLS were recently added and are still under admin supervision, please be patient until they are activated. If finally are disapproved, check the reason, fix it and ask for a re-check. Second -> This or these URLS were activated but now are disapproved. If this, ask yourself: something has changed? something new in your site? Check the reason message, fix it and ask for a re-check. IMPORTANT! Some banner/advert code could break frames, drop spyware or anything else not allowed in our terms, please check your site, if all ok, check again after a cookie reset, if all ok check again, if all ok, well if all ok ask for a re-check =) |

What is the Preview status?
In the past, a lot of URLs were inactive because the web sites or blogs did not adhere to the Abetop Autoclick! rules. This meant less traffic for those sites because they were kept out of rotation. We feel that this is unfair, because the owners of the URLs often cannot avoid breaking the rules, such as the existence of pop-ups, sound and break frames.
In future, these sites will have the status of being in preview and will be included in the rotation of the URLs. If users wish to visit these sites, they can select the URL from the link on the surf bar or the Preview Capture. It may sound a bit complex, but, you need not worry, as it is quite intuitive.
From now on, you can enjoy traffic to your site, whether it is in preview status or not. |

I got Server Link Broken / Credits Saved AutoSurf > Fixing..., what is this?
This means that server has disconnected your autosurf session, has detected it, saved your credits and it's restarting a new session. Your earned credits wil start at 0.0 but it dont means you have lost previous credits!, this means it start to count from 0 and previous ones have been already added to your account.

Can we use websites with google ads? Will google closes our account for doing so?
Google Ads terms are against any form of artificial user action over their ads, this means clicks or page loads of their links. Our site has been online for more than 2 years and until now we have not yet experienced any issue about this. We advice you to ask directly to Google support to avoid misunderstandings.

I know for sure that I have been here at least 27 days not the 25 days that Your site says I have been on. How you check on this?
System checks this in a very simple way, it stores the date of your last visit and compares when you login, if these are diferent, it add 1 to your logins number, if not does nothing. Of course date is taken from server so it's possible that you login two different days, but for server still left several hours for a new day so it's like you have logged two times the same day, so system do not count this login.
Please take a look to date-time upper left corner to be sure date has changed also in server. |
